We offer a 30 days change of mind. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
To arrange the return-please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email
and provide your Order Number, Order Date and your details (Your name and phone).
Item must be in ‘as new’ condition and in original undamaged packaging. All packaging must be sealed and not torn.
Damaged items-we ask that you contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email and explain the issue/damage and attach a few photos showing the whole item, close up of the damage and photo of the barcode label. We provide your Order Number, Order Date and your details (Your name and phone).
Once we assess the damage, we will provide an option for a refund or replacement to be sent out.
