Lenster is a wholly Australian owned business with all products quickly despatched to you from our Melbourne based warehouse. We offer a unique selection of quality homewares, décor, lighting and more, with new items being added regularly, including stylish European designer clocks, all natural Brazilian cowhides, handmade lamps, retro collectibles like Automobilia, fully licensed branded products and much more.

Lenster Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched locally from our Melbourne warehouse within 24 hours of receipt, Monday to Friday. Dispatch times may be affected by public holidays or other business-related factors.

Under normal circumstances, delivery takes approximately 2–6 business days. Please note that larger items or deliveries to remote areas may take longer. We ship online orders Australia-wide.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. Please note that we do not operate a physical storefront, and order pickup is not available.

Lenster Return Policy

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

If you experience an issue with your purchase, please get in touch with us. We will review your concern and let you know whether the item can be returned, along with any instructions required for sending it back.

Once we receive the returned item, we will carry out an inspection to assess the issue. If the problem is confirmed, we’ll provide you with a suitable solution, such as a repair, replacement, or refund.

If, after inspection, we determine that a remedy is not applicable—such as in cases of misuse, failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions, abnormal use, or lack of reasonable care—we will decline your claim.

Change of mind returns

At Lenster, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return your goods within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original, unused condition, suitable for resale, and include all original packaging, accessories, and tags. The customer is responsible for the risk and cost of returning the item, including postage. We recommend using a tracked service for your return.

If the returned goods do not meet the above criteria, the refund won’t be approved. Please note that returns requested after the 30-day period, or returns of open, used, or damaged items, will not be approved.
