Kidzshack Owner Emma, is a single mum. Emma created her brand Kidzshack whilst was pregnant with her second child, after realising how inaccessible playground equipment was. 'I was on the search for some playground equipment for my outdoor area for my toddler, and everything was so expensive and nothing was available for viewing, but 'Online Only'. I wanted to create a Brand of amazing affordable kids outdoor products, making them more accessible for families for viewing and collection from a local business. When I was a kid my Dad made us a cubby house out of an old crate! We had so much fun, and I have many amazing memories playing with my siblings. I wanted to create a range that excites kids and families, and encourages kids to get back to outdoor play, and away from technology, the way I did when I was a child'.

Kidzshack use Northline Couriers and Allied Express to delivery your order. Tracking Information will be sent to you on Dispatch, so you can track your item.

Due to size/weight of the item, home delivery may not be available to regional or rural areas. Where home delivery is not available, the item will be sent to your nearest Depo (with or Forklift) for collection. You can also request it be sent to a Local Business in your area that has a Forklift. Please Note it is the customers responsibility to collect from the Depo.

Kidzshack Offer Free Home Delivery to Metro Areas in the States of WA, SA, NSW and VIC. Please refer to the postage calculator to see if you are eligible.

For Home Deliveries, the courier will notify you of a Delivery Day via email/text. Should you wish to change the delivery day, please reply promptly with a suitable day. Should you wish to give an Authority to Leave. Please advise us on placing your order and let us know a suitable place to leave your item at the front of your home.

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

Should you experience a delivery damaged item or fault with your purchase please contact us with a description including pictures of the fault or delivery damage within 7 days of receiving.

Our KidzShack staff will endeavour to come to a quick solution to either refund, replace or fix the issue you are having with your item.

Should you have receive your item DOA (Dead on Arrival) please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Refunds will only be processed via PayPal, Bank Transfer or Credit Card, depending on the payment method used previously. There will be no Cash refunds.
