Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:
A replacement or refund for a major failure
Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
Repair or replacement if goods fail to meet acceptable quality standards, where the issue does not amount to a major failure
These rights operate in addition to any voluntary policy offered by us.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us via the “Contact Seller” link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
Where your claim is assessed and confirmed, we will:
Provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
Where applicable, cover reasonable return shipping costs
Work to resolve the issue as quickly as reasonably possible
Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, including incorrect ordering or no longer wanting the item.
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Where a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, an administration fee of up to 25% of the order value may apply to cover processing and handling costs.
No cancellation fee will apply where a customer is entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
