Ezipier 90mm U 50 Adjustable Pier Head

Spantec's Ezipier Adjustable U head is suitable for clients looking to build sub-floors in conjunction with the Boxspan system. The U shape head supports internal and external bearers that start at minimum of 150mm in height, adding additional bearing capacity that is required in house floors. The Ezipier has been designed so piers do not protrude outside of the building line, making it a neater & flush finish for the build. With a cast iron top that is also hot dip galvanised the Ezipier can be used in any application providing maximum strength and corrosion protection. The Ezipier heads and bases have been engineered in a variety of sizes to suit most site loads (for both residential and commercial). With a built-in certified termite inspection point (no ant capping required) the Ezipier matched with Spantec’ s Ezibrace system makes the install process easy for both low set and high set sub-floors.
