Desk Ease Shipping Policy

By purchasing this product, you agree to the terms outlined in this delivery policy.

We ship orders from our Perth warehouse. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on where your order is sent from, usually by 5 business days. As a general guide, metro deliveries arrive within 5 to 10 business days, while regional deliveries may take 10 to up to 15 business days.

Most larger products are packed and shipped in two cartons while smaller items are packed and shipped in one carton.

Products are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday (excluding public holidays).

Due to the bulky nature of our products, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
We are unable to offer scheduled delivery dates. If you need us to hold your order before dispatch, please contact us prior to purchase so we can confirm whether this is possible.

All deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave. If you have a preferred safe place or an alternative delivery address, please add this at checkout. Couriers may not be able to call ahead before delivery.

Delivery timeframes are a guide only and may change during busy periods, public holidays, or extreme weather.

Desk Ease Return Policy

For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

We can a provide store credit, refund or exchange for another product where the products being returned meet the following conditions:

You contact us to organise a return within 7 days from the delivery of your order;
The product presents ‘as new’ in appearance and shows no signs of use, wear and tear or damage. We cannot accept a return for items that are not in a sellable condition;
The product is packaged in its original, undamaged packaging with all product stickers, tickets and tags;
You are responsible for any freight charges to return a product to us.

All returns must be authorised by Desk Ease before sending any product back to us. Please contact one of our helpful Team Members via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

We will provide returns instructions to start the return process.

Incorrect/Faulty/Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged on the way to you, is faulty on arrival, is missing parts or you have simply received an incorrect item in your order, or it does not match the product description we will help to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.
