- Your product was damaged during transit
- You wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased
- You are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased
Change of Mind Return/Exchange
We accept change-of-mind returns if the item is in its original unopened state and packaging. Please note all returns must be directed through our Customer Service team. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us first. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted. Customer will shoulder the shipping costs. Applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product in its original state and packaging. This also applies to orders cancelled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse. We accept Change of Mind returns for 14 days after you have received the item.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and suitable for resale. Your item must be in the original packaging along with all included accessories.
Refund
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your returned item do not meet the criteria set out in this policy, your item will be sent back to you at your cost. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Warranty
Every Chotto product comes with a guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law. A replacement or refund is entitled to an item’s damage, failure, or unacceptable quality. Other than statutory rights, this product comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase
This warranty will not apply in circumstances where:
1. the goods have not been installed, maintained, operated, or used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or any other specifications provided with the goods;
2. where damage or defects are caused by deliberate or negligent misuse or abuse, the physical alteration, fire, liquid spillage, force majeure, tampering or unauthorized repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, corrosive conditions, or other foreign body;
3. where damage results from any third-party software or hardware not provided by us;
4. where items are lost or stolen;
