  • Can I find MarketLink products in my local Bunnings store?
    MarketLink products are sold online and delivered directly to customers by the third-party Trusted Sellers that we have partnered with. This means you won’t be able to find MarketLink products stocked in your local Bunnings store.
  • Does the Bunnings Price Guarantee apply to MarketLink products?
    As MarketLink products are sold and delivered by third-party Trusted Sellers, Bunnings’ price guarantee and lowest prices policy does not apply to products sold on MarketLink
  • How can I track my order?
    Once the Trusted Seller has shipped your order, you may receive a tracking link within your dispatch confirmation email. Some of our Trusted Sellers use logistics services that don’t offer tracking so you may need to contact the seller directly for more information.
  • How can I contact a Trusted Seller about my order?
    You can contact the seller of a MarketLink product via the Contact Seller link in your initial order confirmation email. Alternatively, if you have a Bunnings account, you will be able to contact them via your Order History.
  • Why am I receiving multiple parcels?
    You may receive multiple parcels if you are ordering different MarketLink items from different Trusted Sellers. This is because MarketLink products are sold and delivered by third-party Trusted Sellers and these products may be dispatched from anywhere in Australia.
  • Can I Click and Collect my MarketLink order from a Bunnings store?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer Click & Collect service for MarketLink products.
  • I’m having a problem with my order and not getting any help from the Trusted Seller?
    If you have tried contacting the Trusted Seller about a problem with your order and haven’t been able to resolve an issue, the Bunnings Customer Support team (customersupport@bunnings.com.au) will be happy to assist.
  • I have a problem with my purchase, how do I return it?
    If you have a problem with your order, please contact the Trusted Seller by clicking on the Contact Seller link in your order confirmation email or via the Order History page when you log into your Bunnings account.
  • Can I have a refund if I change my mind?
    Our Trusted Sellers have their own individual returns and refunds policies, which are available on each product page. Refunds will be processed be each Trusted Seller back to the original payment method used at purchase.
  • What do I do if my MarketLink product is faulty?
    If you have received an item that is faulty, please contact the seller via clicking on the Contact Seller link in your order confirmation email or via the Order History page when you log into your Bunnings account. If you find the seller is failing to meet the consumer guarantee, please contact the Bunnings Customer Support team.
  • What do I do if I’ve received something that doesn’t match the MarketLink item listing?
    If you haven’t received the correct item or the item you have received is different to the item listed, please contact the seller via clicking on the Contact Seller link in your order confirmation email or via the Order History page when you log into your Bunnings account. If you can’t resolve the issue with the seller directly, please contact the Bunnings Customer Support team.
