Delivery Policy

We strive to dispatch all orders on the same business day if payment has cleared into our account before the 11am cut-off time. Otherwise, your order will be dispatched within the next business day. In rare cases where a product can not be dispatched within this time frame, it will be explicitly stated on the product page. We will do everything we can to ensure quick and secure delivery, but ultimately we can not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods unless the item is insured. If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues. We use AusPost, Fastway, StarTrack, TNT and other delivery services at our discretion. If no one is present at the delivery address, the courier may at their discretion elect to leave the parcel in a safe place at the premises, or they may instead opt to leave a calling card advising the nearest post office or depot where the item can be collected from. Tracking details of your parcel will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched, and it is the buyer's responsibility to actively monitor their parcel delivery using the provided tracking details. You are responsible for inspecting the product received from Elite Electronics upon arrival. Parcels that are damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery via email, and accompanied by photographic evidence of the damage. Some couriers will refuse transit damage claims beyond this time frame. Missing or lost parcels must be reported within 30 business days from dispatch. Couriers will refuse transit damage and/or lost parcel claims beyond these time frames. For orders where tracking shows that attempted delivery was unsuccessful and the parcel is subsequently returned to sender, we will charge a re-delivery fee to re-deliver the order, or a restocking fee if the customer elects to cancel the order. The displayed delivery time frames are estimates only. The actual delivery time is dependent on the shipping location, shipper's processing capacity and other unforeseeable factors i.e. nature disasters, accidents etc. We cannot be held responsible for any courier-related delivery delays. We can not authorise 'Authority to Leave' for high valued parcels.
