The #887 combines safety, convenience, and style in a lightweight safety hiker designed specifically for women. A broad fitting composite toe cap provides compression resistance and is tested to resist a 200 joule impact. The #887 is a zip-sided anti-static style and features a black water-resistant leather upper as well as two pairs of laces – one purple, one black. The #887’s rubber outsole provides increased grip/slip resistance and durability and is fuel oil resistant and heat resistant to 140˚C. Purple Neoprene Achilles cushioning provides ankle support and comfort, while the removable PU foam footbed with XRD® Extreme Impact Protection heel provides greater shock absorption. The footbed can also be removed and is anti-bacterial, washable and breathable. An ergonomically engineered toe spring reduces fatigue, and a nylon shank ensures the correct step flex point, assisting with stability and ensuring you stay steady on your feet all day long.
