Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are covered under this policy; change-of-mind returns aren’t accepted, and opened self-test kits can’t be returned unless faulty.
Please contact us with your order number, product details, a description of the issue, and clear photos before sending anything back; we’ll review within 2 business days.
If approved, we’ll repair, replace, or refund and provide a prepaid return label or collection if a return is required.
If an item isn’t found faulty it may be returned to you and shipping may apply—please keep all packaging and proof of purchase for any claim.
