• Can I get a pre-purchased toilet installed?

  This installation offer is currently only available for any front-of-wall-cistern toilet purchased from Bunnings. Once you choose your toilet from our wide range, just pick up an installation card in-store and we will organise your installation.

• How much does it cost?

  Our toilet installation service costs $275, which includes installation of all fixtures and fittings, removal and disposal of your old toilet and a five-year warranty on the product and installation.

• Does Bunnings offer any other installation services?

  Yes, we offer a range of in-home and in-store services, including hot water installation, kitchen installation and design services. For more information, take a look at our Services page.

How it works

• How does Bunnings in-home installation work?
  Purchase a front-of-wall-cistern toilet at Bunnings and pick up an installation card. Installation can be organised at the Special Orders desk or by phone in-store at your local Bunnings or online.
• How do I use my installation card?
  Follow the instructions on the toilet installation card to arrange installation or visit https://www.bunnings.com.au/toilet-install to book your installation.
• Where do I find an installation card?
  Installation cards are located in the toilet aisle or at the Special Orders desk at Bunnings.
• Do I have to buy a toilet from Bunnings?
  Yes, installation is provided as an additional service to install any toilet from our wide range.
• Who is hipages?
  hipages is Australia’s number one site to hire tradies.
• What is Bunnings’ relationship with hipages?
  Bunnings has partnered with hipages to provide our customers with this handy toilet installation service.
• Who can I speak to in-store about installation?
  Speak to a Team Member at the Special Orders desk or your plumbing expert.
• What is the time between purchase and installation?
  After you have purchased your toilet and installation you can arrange a time that is convenient for both you and the tradesperson.
• Why do I need to complete hipages’ question and answer form?
  In order to match you with the right tradesperson we need to understand more about your specific job.

Returns and refunds

• What is your returns policy for toilet installations?
  Refunds are available subject to an installation inspection by hipages. Contact hipages on 1300 043 520.
• I am unhappy with my installation, can I get a refund?
  In the first instance please contact hipages on 1300 043 520 to discuss why you are not happy with the job. From here our number one priority is making sure you are happy with your installation.
• I have lost my installation card, who should I contact?
  If you have lost your installation card, contact your local Bunnings to arrange a new card.
• One of the products installed was damaged/faulty, what are my options?
  Please contact your local Bunnings Store for assistance.
• I have changed my mind, can I return the installation card to Bunnings?
  If you have not activated or revealed the code on the voucher, then it can be returned to Bunnings for a full refund.
• How will I receive my refund?
  You will receive your refund in the same method as payment was made.
• How long will it take to receive my refund?
  Cash refunds will be provided instantly in-store, while credit card refunds will depend on your financial institution.
• How do I return a product that is currently installed?
  Exchanges on non-faulty goods are only available prior to installation.
• The item installed was the wrong size/colour, will you exchange it?
  Exchanges on non-faulty goods are only available prior to installation. For faulty goods, please refer to our returns policy.
• One of the products installed has an installation issue, can I get a refund?
  Refunds are available subject to an installation inspection by hipages. Contact hipages on 1300 043 520.

Payment

• How do I pay for my toilet installation?
  You can pay for your toilet installation in-store at your local Bunnings. Simply pick up a toilet installation card and pay for it at the register or the Special Orders desk.

Installation

• What is included in the installation?
  The following is included in a toilet installation:
  

  • Standard installation parts 
  • Removal and disposal of old toilet
  • Installation of bowl and cistern
  • Plumbing in of fresh water and waste outlet
  • Sealing of toilet to floor
  • Disposal of any rubbish caused by installation
  • Clean up around the toilet
• How long will installation take?
  A toilet installation will take approximately two to three hours.
• Will you take away my old toilet?
  Yes.
• What if my tradesperson requires additional parts?
  Additional parts are included in the price.
• What if I am unhappy with the installation?
  Please contact hipages on 1300 043 520 to discuss the available options.
• Does Bunnings guarantee the quality of service?
  All tradespeople are licensed and qualified. All works carried out will be warranted by the tradesperson.
• Who will install my toilet?
  A qualified and licensed tradesperson.
• Who do I speak to if I have any installation problems?

• How do I return a product that has been installed?
  Exchanges on non-faulty goods are available prior to installation. For faulty goods, please refer to our returns policy.

Price guarantee

• What is your returns policy?
  Exchanges are only available prior to installation.
• If the toilet I buy is advertised for a cheaper price, will you match it?
  If you find a competitor’s lower price on the same stocked item, we’ll beat it by 10%. Don’t forget, our price guarantee excludes trade quotes, stock liquidations and commercial quantities

• What are the terms and conditions?

  Bunnings installation services are provided by hipages in partnership with Bunnings. Please ensure you have read and understood the terms and conditions.

• How do I participate in the Bunnings installation program?
  You must be a Bunnings Commercial PowerPass holder to participate in the installation program. If you are already a PowerPass holder, please register your interest in the hipages installation program.
