Regional deliveries will take up to 14 business days depending on your location.

All items are shipped with ATL (authority to leave) and will be left at a safe place at your home.

Due to the nature of our products (bulky), Please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

If you change your mind, you may return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received it, no questions asked. Please contact our customer care team on 1800 687 791 (Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM). and they will help you to arrange for it to be sent back to us (in original packaging).

We do not accept returns of opened mattresses. Your refund total will equal the merchandise price, less a 25% fee which covers the shipping and handling costs associated with return shipment. This is irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order.
