As a general guide, our shipping time frames are:
Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane - Metro Areas: 2 - 3 Business Days
QLD, NSW, VIC - Outer Metro Areas: 3 – 8 Business Days
NT, SA, TAS, WA, ACT & Regional Areas: 5 - 15 Business Days
• Due to the nature of our products (bulky), please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
• Deliveries are processed with Authority to Leave - Please add instructions on your booking for a safe place to leave or alternative delivery address if there is no safe place to leave, as drivers may not be able to call before delivery.
• Delivery schedule is a guideline only and not a guaranteed delivery timeframe. Delay may occur during holidays, peak periods, or extreme weather conditions.
Change of Mind / Damaged Goods Policy
• Please note: All returned products must be unused, unassembled and in their original condition (including all original product packaging).
• If you wish to return your purchase, please follow the instructions below within 30 days of purchase to organise the return of your product and refund the purchase price of your product (excluding initial delivery and pickup fees.)
• Please contact us for return approval. We'll send you a return label and instructions for courier pick up. After we receive the returned item and confirm the item condition as new, a refund will be generated back to the original form of payment within 2-3 business days.
• For Goods Damaged in Transit, please contact our customer service immediately via Bunnings message.
