Delivery Conditions •Due to the nature of our products (bulky), please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses. •Deliveries are not Authority to Leave due to nature and value - Please add instructions on your booking for receiver to be present for delivery. Delay may occur during holidays, peak periods, or extreme weather conditions. Change of Mind / Damaged Goods Policy •Please note: All returned products must be unused, unassembled and in their original condition (including all original product packaging). •If you wish to return your purchase, please follow the instructions below within 7 days of purchase to organize the return of your product and refund the purchase price of your product (excluding initial delivery and pickup fees.) •Please contact us for return approval. We'll send you a return label and instructions for courier pick up. After we receive the returned item and confirm the item condition as new, a refund will be generated back to the original form of payment within 2-3 business days after goods have been returned to Visionchart and condition has been satisfied. •For Goods Damaged in Transit, please contact our customer service immediately via Bunnings message. •IMPORTANT: On delivery, please check for transit damage ASAP. Please notify us within 48 hours if your order has bene damaged or these are any other problems.
