Bunnings Expo is a great opportunity for suppliers to engage directly with team members and show the new and innovative products that will be arriving in store over the coming 12 months.
While over 13,000 team members will attend the five Expos across Australia and New Zealand, a large number of our team remain in store and will not be able to attend the event. To ensure that all team members are able to see and learn about the new products, this year we will be creating a “Virtual Expo”
Selected suppliers have the opportunity to showcase their new products in a 90 second video that will help team members learn about key features and benefits. These videos will be made available at the launch of the Virtual Expo, with updates and notifications sent when your product lands in store.
You can check out some sample videos below.

The Target audience are Bunnings team members. The key objectives of the video are:
The video will follow a template:
While we will be shooting the majority of videos at the Auckland Expo (Wednesday 1 July - Thursday 2 July) and Melbourne Expo (Tuesday 7 July – Thursday 9 July) there is an opportunity for suppliers to film prior to the Expo if they are situated around the Melbourne area and if they have product available.
Filming prior to the Expo can take place at your location or at Bunnings Store Support in Hawthorn East. Filming schedules and locations will be communicated the week commencing 4 May.
There are three video types we will produce for Expo.
Present at a podium
Present in situ where the product is on display
Present the product on the floor due to its size
Due to the tight production time frames we will not be able to send them through for your approval prior to the launch of the Virtual Expo. All videos will be viewed internally by your buyer and approved by them for distribution to the team.
