  • Your order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours

  • Once dispatched, depending on your location, orders will take 3-5 business days to arrive

  • We use Australi Post as our courier partner. Most of our outgoing goods and returns are handled by them. Sometimes, at our own discretion, we may use a different courier service.

  • Change of address after placing orders is possible but you are required to let us know about the change before your orders are dispatched from our warehouse. We do not have the ability to redirect the parcels during transit. It would be your responsibility to liaise with our courier partner and arrange any possible redirections.

  • In scenarios where you ask us to attempt to redeliver uncollected parcels returned to us by the courier, a reshipping fee will apply. The fee may vary depending on your location and size of the items ordered.

Value Village Return Policy

30-Day Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on quality and always do our best to ensure the product that arrives at your home is as you have read and viewed on our product page. We want to make sure that you always receive exactly what you were hoping for and that you love your purchase.

However, we do also appreciate that sometimes the product is just not right, or you may have a change of mind after placing your order.

If you do change your mind, we are here to help. You can return the product to us within 30 days of the date that you have received it and we will be happy to organize a refund for the product for you. (This does not include the shipping)

Your only two responsibilities here will be:

  1. The return shipping cost (to our warehouse)
  2. The item must be returned in ‘as-new’ condition

Requirements of ‘as new’ condition are as follows, the item must:

  1. Not be used
  2. Not be assembled
  3. Not be damaged at all
  4. Packed in all the original packaging
  5. Packaging to not be damaged
  6. Include all unopened tools and hardware
  7. Include assembly instructions

We do have some excluded products from our 30-day return policy:

  1. Clearance Items
  2. Health and Beauty Product including Hand Sanitisers

The process of returning the item is as follows:

  1. Inform us of your intent to return the item via the portal
  2. You will need to organize to return to the sender
  3. We will keep a look out for the returned item
  4. Once arrived, our inspections team will assess the ‘as new’ condition of the item
  5. If confirmed that the product can return to stock, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you
  6. If the product is damaged or cannot be returned to stock, we will process a partial refund and notify you

 

Damaged in Transit

We do our best to package the products with the thought that they will be mishandled in transit and occasionally, items still are damaged in transit.

Not to worry, we are well aware that this can occur and are here to help resolve this as quickly as possible.

If you receive an item that looks like it could have been damaged in transit (the protective carton is damaged/dented/ has holes/open/wet/looks like it has been dropped), we ask that you kindly take photos of the damage, do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately so we can quickly resolve this for you.

We will take the necessary steps to send you a replacement item as quickly as possible and ensure that the damaged item is returned to us.

If you notice the item has been damaged after receiving the item, once again, kindly take photos and contact us within 5 business days. We will do our best to remedy the issue as quickly as possible.

We pride ourselves on helping you with your order at every step of the way and work hard to make sure we meet your expectations both from a product and service quality perspective.
