From the moment you place your order, it usually takes about 7-10 business days for delivery, depending on exactly where you live. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for deliveries to regional areas. We offer free shipping anywhere in Australia, regardless of order quantity or size. For most orders, especially those containing larger prints, we organise courier delivery to your door. Unfortunately we're unable to deliver prints larger than 100cm to PO boxes. Although our prints are carefully packaged for shipping, we also fully insure them during the shipping process. If your parcel arrives with obvious damage to the packaging, please DO NOT accept receipt of the parcel. Instead, ask the courier to return it and let us know immediately. Please include photos of the damage to the box and the print so we can organise a replacement print immediately.
