Our Victorian stores, Trade Centres and Frame & Truss plants remain open for trade customers. In metropolitan Melbourne, we’re following government advice regarding who can shop in our stores and you may be asked to show your PowerPass card or trade credentials to gain entry.
Shopping with us should always be easy and safe. We continue to provide you with clear safety guidelines and encourage physical distancing in-store. Our stores are cleaned multiple times a day as well as our trolleys and customer baskets. Sanitiser is readily available at entry and exit points. We actively manage the number of customers in-store and in some aisles as well as the flow at entry and exit points and we ask that, where possible, only one person per household shop in-store with us.
The wearing of face masks is now a condition of entry to all our Victorian stores, unless you are exempt. Our team may ask you to provide a medical certificate in support of an exemption. If you don’t have a mask, they are on sale at the entry to our stores. If you are at all unwell, we ask that you please stay home and seek medical assistance. You can still shop with us online and we can arrange delivery for you.
To make your shopping more efficient we recommend that you plan ahead. We have introduced the Bunnings Product Finder App* to help you find what you need more quickly and easily in-store. We also provide a number of contactless shopping options with self-checkout through the Powerpass App. You can also contact your dedicated Trade Specialist or Account Manager to arrange an order for pick up or delivery or shop online through Click and Deliver and Drive and Collect.
Our commitment to customers extends beyond our stores with access to specialist product and project advice on our website, including information to keep you active in mind and body.

In line with the latest advice from the Victorian Government, we now require that all of our Victorian team members, wear masks in-store. We are supplying face masks or shields to our team at the start of each shift if needed, along with guidance on how to use them effectively.
We have installed protective screens around registers and are using trestle tables and line markings on the floor to help with physical distancing. There is clear signage to help manage customer numbers in some areas of the store, including some changes to aisle entries and exits to ensure a safer journey through our store.
We are providing support to our team through a range of safety and mental wellbeing initiatives, such as free counselling.

In the interests of team and customer safety and as part of ongoing efforts to give customers access to the products they need, Bunnings have announced a number of additional changes to their stores.
We will now require our team working across Bunnings stores, Trade Centres and Distributions Centres in NSW, the ACT and parts of QLD where there is COVID-19 spread to wear face masks. We are also strongly recommending that all customers wear a face mask or face covering when they visit a Bunnings store or Trade Centre across NSW, the ACT and parts of QLD where there is COVID-19 spread: Mt. Gravatt, Logan Rd, Underwood, Browns Plains, Loganholme, Bethania, Springfield Central, Cannon Hill, Indooroopilly, Rocklea, Oxley and Acacia Ridge.
Customers will be provided with an option to purchase a mask as they enter our stores should they wish to do so. We want to make sure we are doing everything we can to help reduce COVID-19 community transmission and we thank customers for their patience during this time.

Bunnings stores will close at 7pm, Monday to Friday to enable team members to re-stock shelves and conduct a thorough clean of the store.
