Snap Mango Shipping Policy

We deliver online purchases throughout Australia.\nOrders are processed and prepared for shipment within 48 hours.\nMost orders are delivered within 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.\n\nAll orders (excluding standard delivery) are fully trackable. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.\n\nFor domestic orders, we use Australia Post for registered and express delivery for packages up to 21kg. Orders exceeding 21kg are shipped via Toll.

Snap Mango Return Policy

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. 30-Day Change of Mind Return Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a replacement, exchange, or refund. Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for change of mind on items with damaged or broken seals on sealed packages or boxes. If we allow a return in these circumstances, you must follow our returns process. Return shipping costs for change of mind purchases are not covered by us. Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue. Please ensure you contact us within 30 days if you have a faulty item we will cover the return postage where necessary.
