30-Day Change of Mind Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Exclusions:
We cannot accept returns for change of mind on items with damaged or broken seals on sealed packages or boxes. If we allow a return in these circumstances, you must follow our returns process. Return shipping costs for change of mind purchases are not covered by us.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue.
Please ensure you contact us within 30 days if you have a faulty item we will cover the return postage where necessary.

Address Changes
If you provide incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will incur a Return to Sender (RTS) fee and a reshipping fee based on the item’s weight. We are not responsible for errors made by the buyer.
