The service

Click & Deliver is offered to customers in most locations, this includes stocked key items. Depending on the location, size, and service requested a reasonable delivery fee will be applied to the customer’s order.

We have recently introduced a new delivery option for customers shopping with us in-store and online, across all metro locations.

With the launch of the new Boot Load delivery option, there have been some changes to the dimensions of our parcel delivery which will impact some items previously ordered through our parcel service.

We aim to complete your order locally, although where necessary your order may be fulfilled from another/multiple locations. To check the status of your online order, please click on the “Check your order status” tab on the bottom hand right corner of your screen when you visit the Bunnings website and enter your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email.  Some customers may experience a delay in receiving order confirmation emails.  If you have not received an order confirmation email on the same day you placed your order, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

Delivery to you

We can deliver products purchased online or in-store to you. Alternatively you can rent a ute or van, or borrow a trailer to get your products home yourself.

How long will my delivery take?

In most cases, delivery for products purchased online will take 1-3 days for metro and 2-5 days for regional areas, but for some products, such as Special Order items, it may take 7-14 days.

Can I return a delivered product?

Yes, you can return an item to your local Bunnings if you have received a damaged/faulty product, or if you have changed your mind.

Bunnings Local Delivery is a service provided by selected Bunnings stores to deliver customer orders within their local communities. The Bunnings Local Delivery service is recognisable by our team members, in their Bunnings uniforms, delivering customer orders to homes, businesses and sites in our Bunnings-branded vehicles.

No. Bunnings Local Delivery is not an option for customers to select. Bunnings Local Deliveries are determined at a store level, factoring in product dimensions, loads and other delivery options.

Due to the various dimensions of orders, we currently do not deliver to post office boxes or lockers.
The Delivery Fee charged assumes that customers can provide reasonable assistance during delivery.  Customers will be contacted prior to the booking of the delivery to ensure that they are able to provide reasonable assistance.  If customers are not able to aid the driver, then assistance will be organised with the courier at an additional cost to the customer.
We restrict the sale and delivery of selected dangerous good on our website. The products available may be limited in product size for Health and Safety management for our customers and stores.
Order tracking is dependent on the delivery provider. Customers will either receive text messages updating them on the status of their delivery or a tracking link.
  • Products with a delivery icon are available to be purchased on a click and delivery basis.
  • To find out if a product can be delivered to your area, enter your postcode on the product page for delivery details.
Same day delivery is available on eligible parcel sized orders placed before 2pm for delivery within 15km of your local store (select metro locations only).
Once the order has been confirmed, delivery will be arranged as soon as possible with our carrier partners, however customers must order by 2pm to receive their delivery by 7pm.
Same day parcel delivery is offered until 2pm on eligible parcel sized orders within a 15km radius. If your order does not meet these criteria, the same day delivery option is not available.
If your order is eligible, you will be able to select the same day delivery option at checkout.

Same Day orders are not guaranteed to be delivered within business hours; orders placed by 2pm will be delivered by 7pm.

The delivery fee that is charged is based on the cost of providing the agreed service. The larger an order and the quicker the service the higher is the cost, although there are items where delivery is the only option and therefore the cost of delivery is included in the overall cost of the product.  We constantly work to drive delivery efficiencies so that delivery fees remain competitive.

All parcel orders it is assumed to have “Authority to Leave” (ATL). All goods being delivered will be made to customers front door or left in the safest accessible area around the home.

All other orders will not have an “Authority to Leave” (ATL) unless selected in your order. Team will contact you to seek ATL or agree when you will be home to receive the delivery where goods will be unloaded and left in the safest, most easily accessible ground level area around the home or site. Suitable safe access is required.

If unavailable when delivery occurs, the delivery provider will return the items to store, and team will discuss with Customer an alternate solution. Additional charges may be applicable.

Please note that if the provider believes that the location is not secure, they will not leave you order unattended and will notify you.

We partner with the market leading carriers to ensure we provide the best service at the lowest cost.  We manage these carriers to ensure that deliveries meet promised expectations and is simple and easy for customers.
Deliveries are completed between 7am to 7pm , 7 days per week.
We route the order to the store to best deliver your order, which may not be the store you place the order with.
