Follow our easy 4-Step process to build your custom Rack It system: Step 1 – Pick your Beam width, then add the required Support Braces & Safety Pins Step 2 – Select your Uprights, multiple heights available Step 3 – Select the width and style of your Shelves; available in MDF or Wire (this product is within Step 3) Step 4 – Add your Accessories This 897x597mm MDF Shelf is specifically designed for use with Rack It 1000KG systems using 972mm, 1872mm and 2765mm Beams. • 972mm Beams require 1x 897mm MDF Shelf • 1872mm Beams require 2x 897mm MDF Shelves • 2765mm Beams require 3x 897mm MDF Shelves To install, place the MDF Shelf onto your already installed Beams and Braces to complete your robust 1000kg weight loading Shelves. You can mix and match with Wire Shelves. MDF Shelves offer a robust shelving solution for your Rack It system and can also be used to create a work bench top. Note: MDF is designed for general purpose interior use only. It is not suitable for outdoor use or areas where wetting or high humidity and moisture conditions are likely. To further protect against surface mould that may disfigure the surface appearance, it is recommended to apply brush-on preservatives or a coat of paint.
