The QEP tile saw is a professional grade saw that does straight, angle, bevel and inset cuts to all types of ceramic and porcelain tiles up to 600 mm.

QEP Australia Pty. Ltd. will pay your reasonable, direct expenses of claiming under this warranty.
You may submit details and proof of your expense claim to QEP Australia Pty. Ltd. for consideration.

This warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies you have under law: Our goods
come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are
entitled to replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for other reasonably
foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the
goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear to the product, or any damage that results from
accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence. QEP'S obligation under this warranty is limited to repair
and/or replacement of the product. Liability for any incidental or consequential damage or loss is
specically excluded, and QEP shall have no liability for any such incidental or consequential
damage.
This warranty is void if the product or any of its components are modied, altered, or in any way changed, or if the product is used in a manner or with a blade that is not recommended by Q.E.P.
No other express warranties are given. Buyer assumes all risk of use, handling, and storage of the product not in strict accordance with the instructions.
