Packed with safety features and made from quality stainless steel, this 5 litre Pyrolux pressure cooker is on point for your home cooking needs, saving time and energy while retaining valuable nutrients in your meals. From a classic beef and vegetable pot roast to the quickest batch of seafood chowder you've ever made, this 22cm pressure cooker will operate at high or low pressure to suit your recipes and ingredients. Browning and caramelising meats is quick and even with the inclusion of a 5mm impact bonded base, helping you develop layers of flavour and cook like a professional. Once the handle is locked closed, pressure builds and the safety valve in the lid handle prevents the pot from being opened, giving you peace of mind as you cook on any cooktop, including induction. Further safety features include the safety and locking valve and safety window (please refer to specifications below). The unit is suitable for use on all cooktops including induction and an accessory pack which includes a glass lid for regular unpressurised cooking, a steamer, trivet and 2 x spare silicone sealing rings is available for separate purchase.
