Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day, however it may take up to 2 business days if we are receiving a high volume of orders. Your will be notified via email once your order status has been changed to shipped. Once your order leaves our shipping facility, you will receive an email and/or text message with your tracking information.
If any items arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to us and a replacement of the product to be provided (subject to availability).
Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.
You must notify us of the damage within 48 hours of delivery providing full details of the damage along with your order/invoice number.
