After you have purchased your power point and switch products and installation, you can arrange a time that is convenient for both you and the service agent.

If your product has not been installed, you can request a refund at your local Bunnings Store.
You will receive your refund in the same method as payment was made.
Cash refunds will be provided instantly in-store, while credit card refunds will depend on your financial institution

If additional parts are required, the customer will pay the service agent directly on the day of installation.
