Delivery Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, but may take longer for rural/remote areas or during peak times (Oct-Dec). Bulky Items: Plum Play products are large and may not always be delivered to your door. Carriers may leave them in an accessible area if delivering to certain locations like apartments. SPECIAL OCCASIONS (Birthdays/Christmas) Please order well in advance as delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Items are not gift-wrapped, and children may see them upon delivery. PARTIAL DELIVERIES Due to the size of our items, orders may arrive in separate shipments. Only sign for the items delivered. If any items are missing, wait a few days before contacting us. DAMAGED ITEMS If your delivery is damaged, accept it, note the damage on the delivery docket, and email us with photos. Damaged packaging doesn't always mean the product inside is damaged. Check first before contacting us. ADDRESS CHANGES Address changes after dispatch may incur fees and are not guaranteed, especially from Oct-Dec. Please ensure delivery details are accurate at checkout. AUTHORITY TO LEAVE Our carriers have authority to leave parcels without a signature. A photo may be taken upon delivery.
