Return Conditions
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery for most products, provided they meet the following conditions:
The product is unused, in its original condition, and shows no signs of wear or damage.
The product is returned in its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories, product stickers, tags, and labels intact.
You have the original invoice or proof of purchase.
The product is not a custom order or part of a bulk purchase.
Exchanges and Store Credit
If the item is unsuitable, you can exchange it for another product or request a store credit. Please note that all returns must be approved by Nesty Boxes before sending items back.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the rare case that your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will assist you with a quick resolution, whether that’s a replacement, refund, or an exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
