Goods damaged in transit
Boori advises that you inspect your goods and report to us any damage within 72 hours of receiving them.
If any of your goods arrive damaged, please contact our service team via [email protected]
or our Contact page. Please attach images or videos to help our team understand what part/s are damaged.
Boori will then arrange for either a replacement part/unit or refund.
Please be advised that our warehouse is currently closed and shipping will not be arranged till the 10th of January 2022, we appreciate your patience during the holiday period.
