Delivery Policy

Before placing an order, the buyer agrees to the following Shipping and Delivery terms. Warehouse location: • We ship Australia wide with express and standard carriers. All the items will be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse. Processing & Handling Time: • The orders will be dispatched within 24hrs if placed before 8 am provided with the stock availability and correct address and shipping information. • Some products may be dispatched in multiple cartons and might be delivered in multiple batches depending on the courier company. • Once a tracking number is provided, please allow the courier company to scan the package at their parcel facility to get the tracking number live and activated. • We are backed by multiple carriers which will be picked by considering the factors like product dimensions, area and nature of delivery.
