2 Year replacement warranty

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of the order being placed. Orders can take up to 5-7 working days for delivery, however orders to remote areas may take longer. Please allow an additional two business days for orders placed on weekends and public holidays.

Goods are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria.

Orders being shipped to addresses in Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia (including delivery to local metropolitan area addresses) will be approximately 2-3 business days.
Orders shipped to addresses in Western Australia, Northern Territory, New South Wales and Queensland will be approximately 4-7 business days.

We cannot be liable for the wrong product being ordered and delivered to you. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure the correct appliance for your specific situation is purchased.

Should you wish to return an order, or part of an order, please get in contact with us via your Order Confirmation using the 'Contact Seller' link.
A restocking fee applies to all returns.
All goods must be returned at the buyer's expense and be in the same condition as received. Items must be unused, undamaged and unaltered with all original tags and packaging.
You must ensure the items you wish to return are correctly and safely packaged.

Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund, we will only credit the card used to make the original order's payment.
The amount to be credited corresponds to the total amount of the returned items minus the restocking fee.
The refund may take up to 7 days to be processed.
