Damaged or Faulty item:
If for whatever reason your new item has arrived damaged or faulty in anyway please contact us via the Contact Seller link located in your order confirmation email, with a brief description, and an image if applicable and we will have any issue remedied ASAP by either replacing the product or conducting an onsite service call to fix the issue.

Change of Mind:
If you change your mind, you may return your order to us within 14 days of the date that you received it, no questions ask. Your refund total will equal the merchandise price, less the actual shipping costs associated with both initial and return shipment. To return a product or products, you will initiate the process by clicking on the Contact Seller link located in your original order confirmation email and we will email you all necessary details once we have evaluated your returns request.
