The Matador fridge features a manual rotary temperature control with 3 main settings marked – Min, Mid & Max. If these are not suitable you can rotate the control to anywhere in between these marks to select your ideal temperature.

The marked settings are:

“Min” setting - this stops the cooling cycle but does not shut off the power to the refrigerator. The interior fans continue which means that the fridge does not start to smell.

“Mid” setting - as suggested by the name, this is the middle temperature between no cooling and the maximum cooling.

“Max” setting is the coolest temperature selectable and, depending on the daily ambient temperature, sun glare etc, can achieve an approximate temperature range of between 2deg to 6deg depending on the external factors.
