Teppanyaki is derived from 'teppan', which is the metal plate which it is cooked on and yaki, which means grilled, broiled, or pan fried. In Japan, teppanyaki refers to dishes cooked using a teppan, including steak, shrimp, egg and rice dishes.
With a solid stainless steel hotplate cooking surface, the teppanyaki is capable of cooking small or semisolid ingredients such as rice, egg and finely chopped vegetables.
This sleek and modern design is strong, safe and easy to use. It will compliment any variety of outdoor settings.
