The Makita DCF18SF chargers 4 batteries in total. Two at once and then the other two when they are completed. Charge times are dependent on the batteries amperage. 4 X 1.5amp batteries will take 60 mins to have completed and 6amp batteries will take 260 mins.

  • The DC18SF will accommodate up to four 18V LXT Lithium-Ion batteries
  • Features the Active 3 Controls" battery-monitoring technology, which is also engineered into the single-port DC18RA Charger
  • During the charging process, the charger communicates with the computer chip inside each battery to monitor current, voltage and temperature to achieve an optimum charging process for faster charging and longer battery life
  • Indicator lights that provide updates on the charging status of each battery
