Damaged in transit:
When your item arrives and the packaging is clearly and significantly damaged, we ask that you take pictures or videos clearly showing the damage and contact us immediately. We will share your feedback with our delivery partners and manufacturing ends to ensure our service and quality of packing is improved. Change of mind
We allow 14 days change of mind return. Kindly return the item in its original condition and packaging. 14 days period commence from the date you receive your item.
You should contact us first before posting the item back to us to reduce risk of item not identifiable upon returning to our warehouse. To email us, please click on the Contact Seller link which can be found in your original order confirmation email.
The item must be in “as-new” condition. This means you have not used, assembled, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items. Item not returned, in an “as-new” condition, may incur a handling and restocking fee up to 20% of the value of the item.
You will be responsible to arrange and pay for the return delivery. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, we will perform inspections on the condition of the returned item and process your refund. You will receive your refund of the full price you paid, less any actual cost for shipping the item to you irrespective of any free, discounted, or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of placing your order.
