• Changing the delivery address post order will incur a redirection fee.
Please note that assistance may be required in unloading the item once delivery to destination is made. Our couriers deliver to the building entrance only.
All our items are located in Australia and are dispatched quickly. Some items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
The cost of shipping items depends on the destination postcode. Deliveries to rural areas and towns may require the goods to be collected from the nearest freight depot. If for any reason you are not able to accept your goods on the day of delivery, a contact card will be left for you to call the nearest freight depot for collection (requesting re-delivery will incur extra charges). Delivery usually takes between 1 and 7 business days although longer delays can be expected for locations outside major metro areas.
We use a number of delivery services including Australia Post and Allied Express as we strive to deliver our goods at the most competitive rate possible. We can also facilitate direct customer pickups from our Distribution Centre in each main state.
