If your product has not been installed, you can request a refund at your local Bunnings Store.
Exchanges on non-faulty goods are only available prior to installation. For faulty goods, please refer to our returns policy.

Disposal of your old letterbox is available for an additional $25.
If additional parts are required, the customer will pay the service agent directly on the day of installation.
