Kelmatt Shipping Policy

We ship online orders Australia wide.\nOrders are sent Monday to Friday. \nWe aim to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving orders.\n\nShipping Time: \nThis is dependent on your destination; most standard metro deliveries take 2-7 business days. Regional and remote areas can take a bit longer.\n\nOnce your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via your supplied email address.\nWe use Australia Post, Couriers Please, Aramex for online orders. \nCarriers are determined at time of purchase and default to the cheapest option.\nOur carriers have a host of delivery options, including Authority to Leave (ATL).\n

Kelmatt Return Policy

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. We hope you love your new Kelmatt products just as much as we do! If you wish you advise of a potential return, please include all relevant details and photos/video of potential faults or inaccuracies. You will receive a confirmation email within 3 business days of lodging your return email. From when a parcel is received at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be finalised. We do not offer full refunds or physical exchanges for a product unless it is deemed faulty upon inspection. In some scenarios, we may require the faulty item to be returned to us for further inspection. Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date that the product is delivered to your nominated delivery address. If this timeframe has passed since receiving your product(s), unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit or refund. *Please note: When returning a parcel, we suggest using standard/ regular post as this will be the most cost-effective option. Customers are required to keep all relevant return information, including their return tracking number, in case any issues arise. If the package is lost while being returned to us, unfortunately Kelmatt Australia is not at fault. Customers are required to cover all costs involved with returning products. If any product(s) returned goes against our product return eligibility, the customer will be contacted and given the option to have this returned back to them (at customers cost), or for this to be disposed of. We are not the couriers and cannot be held liable for any costs which are incurred while using their services. To be eligible for a return: • Item/s must be unused and in impeccable condition. • Products with distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear and tear will not be accepted. • Items that are on sale cannot be returned. Items part of our ‘Sale’ Tab also cannot be returned as they are on final clearance. Please double check the size as no credit note will be issued in exchange for these items. • Custom made products or individually branded items will not be eligible for return. • Items which are outside the 14-day return period cannot be returned. If you have any further queries, please contact our team. All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken. If the item being returned does not comply with our standards as mentioned above, the customer will be contacted.
