Please note the delivery time estimates are worst case and usually deliveries will arrive much sooner. Please keep in mind that orders placed on public holiday periods may be delayed a further day or two due to the increased back log of orders and non-operation of the courier companies.
Our aim is to deliver your goods to you promptly and we think you will be pleasantly surprised at our delivery speeds. We endeavour to ship orders out within 1 day of when they're placed. Orders will have authority to leave automatically applied to the parcel unless advised otherwise.
We use Startrack Express & Fastway - fully traceable express courier system for your peace of mind. Regional orders will be serviced by Startrack whilst all metro orders by Fastway. If you prefer your order to be sent via Startrack please advise by contacting us via clicking on the Contact Seller link, located in your order confirmation email.

If you have any concerns with your delivery, please contact Startrack Express or Fastway Couriers with your tracking number, or e-mail us and we will contact Startrack or Fastway Couriers on your behalf to solve any problems.
Please note: We do not ship to PO BOXES, POST MAIL BOXES, POST LOCKERS OR ANYTHING SIMILAR. Please provide us with another address. If you live in a unit or shared premises please advise where to leave the parcel as the courier company will leave the parcel at the premises if no one is home.
We will not be accountable for items which are delivered to the premises but then not found by the buyer. If you DO NOT have a safe place to leave the item then please supply another address such as a business address in which an item can be left.
Delivery is not available on weekends or public holidays.
Where is my parcel? - We recommend you follow the steps below, before contacting us, if your parcel has not arrived yet.
When you purchase an item from Manchester Factory your email address is allocated to the shipped item. You will be emailed a tracking email, so you can find the where about's of your parcel at all times. You will receive a tracking email when the item is dispatched from our warehouse. Please check your junk mail if you do not find it in your email.
