Deliveries\nAll deliveries are made to street level, loading dock or kerb side. Products will not be delivered upstairs, lifts or ramps. Our delivery service does not include the moving or installation of products and does not include the removal of existing appliances. We cannot guarantee delivery on any order by specific dates and request that customers not book installers until our products are received and checked.\n\n

Infinite Appliances Return Policy

For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. Product Returns It is your responsibility to contact us to notify us of damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of receiving your order. Please physically check your products once received and let us know of any issues urgently. We cannot accept damage claims after a product is installed. In the unlikely event that products are received that do not match how they are described in the product listing, we will endeavour to fix up this issue by supplying a replacement product, providing a partial refund or other agreed means to ensure you are satisfied and receive value for your purchase. You must make any faulty or damaged products available for collection by us so we can collect them and we cannot process any refund payment until the relevant goods have been collected. If there is no product fault and you change your mind and want to return your order for a refund after receiving your goods, we do accept returns under strict conditions. In order to qualify, you must notify us with 30 days of receiving the product you wish to return. The return delivery costs are at your expense and risk, and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. The product must be in the original condition it was supplied – we don’t accept returns for products that have been opened, installed, used or taken out of the packaging in any way. The refund payment can only be processed once the goods have been returned to our warehouse and checked to ensure all of these conditions are met. Warranty Details All products are covered by some form of warranty to ensure you get value for money on your purchase. Please read through the product description to understand the warranty details for each product, as they will vary.
