GOALRILLA Australia Shipping Policy
Deliveries cannot be sent to a post office box as we do not use Australia post.
Delivery charges are quoted as “curbside delivery” which means as close to your premises as practical for a truck and to the ground floor.
Larger items and pallets must have someone home to help unload. Due to OH&S regulations, courier drivers cannot be forced into lifting items over 20kg without assistance.
It is your responsibility to advise us:
If someone will be available to sign for delivery.
If there is somewhere safe it can be left if no one is home.
If the address is a business address. If so we will require the information regarding the business hours and the name of the building.
If you say you will be home and miss the delivery, you will be required to pick up your delivery from the freight companies depot. Alternatively, we can arrange a re-delivery however this will cost between $70-$100 depending on the size of your order.

GOALRILLA Australia Return Policy
Please contact us if you have any issues with your GOALRILLA Basketball Ring.
Within the first seven (7) days from the delivery date, a product that is not being claimed under warranty may be returned for a refund. This is considered Goalrilla’s ‘cooling off period’. However, please note that a $95.00 restocking fee will be charged to the customer to cover the costs associated with the reintegration of the product into our warehouse. Customers will need to organise and pay for return delivery of the product to Goalrilla.
Customers should note that a refund is only acceptable if the product is returned in a condition fit for resale. Once Goalrilla has received the product, it may take up to seven (7) days for a refund to be processed and accepted. It may take a further seven (7) days for the refund to be processed by the relevant financial institutions.
