All our orders are delivered during business hours (Monday to Friday). Once payment has been received in full, we will dispatch your order within 2 business days via Australia Post or other reputable couriers, unless otherwise noted. Delivery time will take 3 to 8 working days after dispatch depending on your location. Remote areas will have longer delivery times. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order. If an address is incorrect, you will be responsible for any fees associated with the incorrect address, if the product has already been shipped. We will let you know if there is a delay in delivery for whatever reason. Some products may be dispatched in more than one carton. Combined postage is not available. If you have a change of mind and wish to return your item after receiving it, please note we will deduct applicable freight fees from your refund plus a 10% restocking fee will apply.
