To access the new Trade website, trade customers will use their existing PowerPass login details. Once signed in on the retail website, PowerPass customers will be taken to the new and improved Trade website automatically.

PowerPass customers can login from either the retail website at https://www.bunnings.com.au/login or the PowerPass Account management portal at https://www.bunningspowerpass.com.au. By clicking ‘Sign In’, PowerPass customers details will be authenticated before continuing through to the Trade version of the website based on your account access rights.
If a PowerPass customer is not setup for online access, they will need to contact the PowerPass team to have this setup. This can be done by either calling 1800 980 050, or by sending an email to PowerPass@bunnings.com.au, and one of the team will be in touch.
The PowerPass price shown is the customer’s own individual PowerPass price that is setup for their account. There is no generic price shown when a Trade customer is logged in.
Yes. The price shown to a logged in PowerPass customer will be the price they pay in-store.
The new Trade website uses the same account details as the current PowerPass portal, and PowerPass pricing will be shown to the account holder if they have this option set against their account. In some cases this isn’t the case, and the customer should contact the PowerPass team for more information by calling 1800 980 050 or via sending an email to PowerPass@bunnings.com.au.
When a valid PowerPass customer is logged into the Trade website, they can place product enquiries to a specific store or Trade Centre. A team member will confirm the product availability, along with delivery costs and dates for either pick up or delivery.
An enquiry isn't finalised into an order until the PowerPass customer is contacted by a team member to finalise the enquiry.
Once an enquiry is submitted to a store or Trade Centres, a team member will be in touch within 1 business day to discuss your enquiry, and finalise any further information required.
