Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Metro deliveries usually take 1 to 4 business days. Regional deliveries will take up to 10 business days depending on your location.

Should your purchase arrive damaged in transit (photo evidence of damage is required). You may return your purchase but first please contact our customer care team on 1800 636 026 or via the Contact Seller link located in your order confirmation email.

For change of mind returns please contact our customer care team on 1800 636 026 or via the Contact Seller link located in your order confirmation email and they will help you to arrange for it to be sent back to us (in original packaging & condition). Your refund total will equal the merchandise price, less a 25% fee which covers the shipping and handling costs associated with return shipment. This is irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order.
