What's your returns policy?

Can I return the item to my local Bunnings?
You can return an item to your local Bunnings store if you've received a damaged or faulty product. View our returns policy.
Do I have to pay for the postage/delivery cost of returning an item?
If you've received a damaged or faulty item, Bunnings will cover the cost of return.
How will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed back into the same account you used to make the purchase. View our returns policy.
The item I ordered is the wrong colour, will you exchange it?
If the item you received is the wrong colour, take it to your nearest store or email Customer Support at customersupport@bunnings.com.au to organise an exchange.

Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is included in all Dulux Sample Pot orders placed online.
How long will my delivery take?

Your Dulux sample pots will be delivered in 3-5 working days.
Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order. Please contact Customer Support at customersupport@bunnings.com.au for assistance.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, you can make changes to your order as long as it hasn't left the supplier's warehouse. Contact Customer Support, customersupport@bunnings.com.au, who will assist you with any changes.
My order hasn't arrived, what now?

If your order hasn't arrived, please contact Customer Support at customersupport@bunnings.com.au, and we will look into it for you.
Who'll deliver my order?
We use a range of different freight and transport providers depending on the type of product and where it's being delivered.
Can I change my delivery address after submitting an order?
Yes, you can change your delivery address. Please contact Customer Support at customersupport@bunnings.com.au for assistance.
I'm missing a product from my order, what should I do?

Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Yes, it's possible for us to deliver to PO boxes so long as the parcel fits into your PO box.
Does someone need to be home to accept delivery?
If you won't be home, you can give the transport provider authority to leave the delivery. The provider will then supply a proof of delivery note, including a photo of the item and its placement. Metro deliveries only.
Do you offer click and collect?
No, Dulux sample pots sold online can only be delivered to your home.
Do you deliver overseas?

We can only deliver to Australian addresses.
Can I order from overseas and have the product delivered to an address in Australia?
Yes, you can order products from overseas on bunnings.com.au but items can only be delivered to Australian addresses.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.
When will I be charged for my order?

Payment will be processed immediately following a successful transaction.

Can I pay with a Gift Card online?

You can't pay with a Gift Card online at this time. This service will be available in the future.

No, PayPal isn't available as a payment option.
