You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Any change of mind returns must have the product packaging with it. We will not accept returns that do not have the product packaging as new and in sell-able condition.
Please be aware that disputes after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted. If you need to return an item you can contact us, by clicking on the Contact Seller link which is located within your original order confirmation email, and we will give instructions on how to proceed.
