Easy to use and versatile, the kettle smoker comprises a lid, venting system, cooking and charcoal grid and a lower chamber. Brisket, pork, ribs, chops, even pizza, can be cooked to perfection. . When a smoker is this easy to use it gets used a lot.

Kettle smoker instructions

Step 1: Light the charcoal or briquettes

Light a chimney full of charcoal or briquettes.

Step 2: Add the lit charcoal or briquettes

Depending on the amount of meat you are cooking, dump a half to a full chimney of lit fuel straight into the base of your kettle.

Set your kettle for low and slow

By placing the charcoal off to the side of the smoker and adjusting the vents, you can change the style of cooking to low and slow. You can also place the charcoal directly under your food for a quick grill or fast sear.

Set your kettle to grill

Due to the kettle shape, the BBQ will come up to temperature quickly so you can get your cook underway. To grill just wait until your plates get hot and you’re good to go.
