Outdoor room with portable outdoor gas heater
As the weather gets cooler, it might be tempting to retreat indoors – but you don't have to. After all the hard work you've done to create the ultimate entertaining space, it would be a shame to desert it for a portion of the year. The team at Heatstrip share how their outdoor gas heaters can keep you toasty warm in the cold weather.

Heatstrip's portable outdoor heater

For a more stylish look, the Heatstrip Portable LPG Outdoor Heater, pictured above, incorporates world class design, quality, heat performance and efficiency to give the product its unique personality providing an elegant solution for your outdoor area, alfresco, balcony and patio.

The portable LPG offers significant running cost savings compared to standard patio mushroom heaters—a 25 percent saving on high output and an 80 percent saving on low output, while providing a significantly higher heat output.

The sturdy stand design means the gas pipes, bottle and connections can be fully concealed, yet it's easy to move around thanks to discreetly placed wheels. A protective grille and reflector are included as standard to guarantee safe operation and heat can be directed to areas that are being used.

It is easy to operate, with an integrated Piezo ignition with tilt safety switch and flame failure device included. A high/low output control provides heat output flexibility as well.

Heatstrip's wall-mounted heater

Heatstrip has also designed a wall-mounted natural gas heater for permanent outdoor undercover areas such as alfresco, balconies, patios, halls and warehouses. The new Heatstrip Wall Mounted Heater with its all-black construction is a stylish addition to any outdoor space where connection to mains natural gas is preferred.

The minimum mounting height is 2m. Providing a high heat output of 34 megajoules, it has a four-tile commercial-quality ceramic burner. Thanks to electronic battery ignition, micro-switch on/off operation and stainless-steel pull cords, the cost of installation is minimised as only a gas fitter is required.

The wall-mounting bracket allows for multiple mounting angles and the reflector design ensures that only a minimum of 500mm overhead clearance is required.

This model is suitable for both residential and commercial applications and can be converted to use with LPG when needed.
