Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business day of the order being placed. Orders take 5-7 working days for delivery, however orders to remote areas may take longer. Please allow an additional two business days for orders placed on marketplaces such as Bunnings Marketplace Kitchen Warehouse operates from two locations – one in Western Australia, and the other in Victoria. We will always do our best to ship your order from the location closest to you however this may depend on the availability of goods at the time. Orders being shipped to addresses in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania will normally be sent from our warehouse in VIC and delivery to metropolitan area addresses will be approximately 2-3 business days. Orders shipped to addresses in Western Australia, Northern Territory and South Australia will normally be sent from our warehouse in WA and delivery to metropolitan area addresses will be approximately 2-5 business days. If there are multiple items on your order it may be shipped from one warehouse (as a complete order) or from both locations (to be received in multiple deliveries). You will be advised of the dispatch location by email when your order is shipped.
